Hei guys! I am currently back in Auckland until July 2013. Lived and raced here in 2000 when the Americas Cup on, also raced on Magic 25, Davidson 28, Young 88 etc. Done more racing back home in Europe on Luffe 48, 470, Folkeboot, X-382, etc. Mostly Jib and Spinnaker Trimmer, but also Main, Mast, Piano ;), Helm... In 2010 I was invited to the Auckland Fiji race and had to go home before that :)). This time I hope to get the chance to finally take part (not to Fiji) in this Race and have an awesome time!! I've sailed for 25 years, everything from lakes to offshore. Raced the PacCup from San Fran to Hawaii on a J-35C as bowman, crew, and helm in 2010. I'm currently sailing on a Young 11 on Wednesday harbor races, coastal classic, and inshort series as well as playing around on a Farr 1020 on Fridays and alternative weekends. I can fill out all positions from the bow to the helm, but currently spend most of my time at the mast or on trim. I'm also an Emergency Physician in Auckland with a strong interest in maritime, wilderness, and mountain medicine. I know my way around the galley and am happy to scrub the head (in that order).
